Examining the relationship between the statement of the second step of the revolution and the fundamental transformation document (with an emphasis on full-scale education)

Abstract
The present study examines the importance and level of attention to comprehensive education in the upper-level documents of the system. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of attention and concern of the Leader of the Revolution to the category of comprehensive education (comprehensive education in all dimensions) in the Second Step Declaration of the Revolution and the Fundamental Transformation Document of Education. The research method is descriptive and analytical, and the analysis of information was carried out using existing documents and library resources and by the method of taking notes.
Given that the attention to this category in the upstream documents is an accelerating factor in the realization of the modern Islamic civilization, it is necessary to strive to build an Islamic society and achieve a good life by utilizing the efficiency of the cultural and educational functions of the education system. Therefore, it is a necessity to recognize the upstream documents of the system and provide a solution for implementing these documents in education with an emphasis on comprehensive education and its impact on the realization of the ideals of the Islamic Revolution (based on the two documents mentioned).
The research asked the question: "Did the Leader of the Revolution consider the six areas of the education system in formulating the Second Step of the Revolution statement?" The results showed that the Fundamental Transformation of Education Document and the Second Step of the Revolution statement paid attention to comprehensive education, and solutions were also suggested for the best implementation of these issues.
