On the one hand, prayer is the first, the most important and most important divine duty ever since the creation of Adam (pbuh), in order to keep alive the relationship of human beings all day with the creator of existence and to modify behavior, speech and deed. And so-called, their culture of excellence. Prayer is the most sacred relationship between creator and creature. Prayer is the highest worship; if accepted in the door of God, all other worship will be accepted, and if it is not accepted, other worship is worthless. On the other hand, prayer is the main thrust of cultural guidance and excellence and the most important way of divine culture and a divine performance, in which God has put all the values ​​in some way. The results of this research, which are conducted descriptively and analytically-descriptive analyzes of Quranic verses, indicate that prayer, considering its rules and conditions, plays a pivotal role in culturalization and cultural excellence among humans and especially Islamic societies. In Islamic religion, all Cultural goals such as sincerity and co-operation; sacrifice and charity; jihad and martyrdom; the practice of good and forbidding; chastity and veil; social order and discipline; equality and fraternity as well as the culture of religious education based on prayer.
