The present study aimed at achieving a weighted model of the evaluation of the Revolutionary Tzar Mosque. In terms of its purpose, this research is in terms of survey approach and exploratory studies. The statistical population of the present study was a group of academic and executive experts who shared their mastery and complete awareness of the concept of the mosque of revolution. It should be noted that in the process of selecting this expert group, the "judgment sampling" method was used. Accordingly, a team of 15 experts was selected and participated in the research. The main tools for collecting data in this research were questionnaires designed for different purposes and distributed among the statistical population. It should be noted that in this research, the first questionnaire was designed with the aim of identifying the indicators of the Revolutionary Maszai mosque. A second questionnaire was designed with the aim of screening and categorizing the identified indicators in a closed and based on the Likert scale five options, and finally the third questionnaire The purpose of determining the weights of indicators was designed in a pairwise comparison. After distributing and collecting the questionnaires and collecting data, performing the necessary analysis through the software. P. S S, MATLAB and Excel are on the agenda. In this process, analyzes such as t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, exploratory factor analysis, and fuzzy hierarchical process analysis were performed. The results of the study led to identifying three categories of main indicators (strategic indicators, external communication indicators and social support, and finally indicators related to human resources and internal communication) and 20 sub indicators and their weight was determined. At the end of the research, based on the results, a tool for evaluating the Revolutionary Mosque was proposed.
