Abstract
Special libraries have a significant and importance role in the strategic position of the organization, meeting the information needs of the Employees and providing programs for the growth of the organization.The purpose of this study is to adapt the international standards of special libraries to the conditions and missions of the Shahcheragh Library that its results can be used in librarians' performance, officials' planning and decision-making.
This article, with a descriptive approach and library method, has extracted the components of the standards of special libraries from reliable sources and adapted them to the conditions of the Shahcheragh library. Findings of the study indicated that the Shahcheragh library has the potential to create and design special libraries.
