Abstract
As the head of the family, the father is responsible for respecting the rights and ensuring the implementation of the laws in all aspects of the family. In this article, an attempt has been made to determine the managerial position of the father in the family by following descriptive and narrative sources, using library and software resources, and its difference with the mother's management from the time of family formation until specify that the child is dependent on the father and is considered a member of that family.
