Abstract
In the present era, the discussion of "power", "resources" and its "aspects" are among the basic discussions of thinkers and planners in the fields of economics, political, social and cultural sciences. This is because in this era, nations and governments try to identify various sources and aspects of power, in the first step, to preserve their stability, and dynamism, and in the second step, to increase their ability, influence, and material and spiritual dominance, and thereby define a place and role for themselves in today's turbulent world. Can "culture", as an essential element of the environment on the mind, life and all the interactions of the citizens of a country, be considered as a source of power? If the answer is yes, we can ask what are the "power-creating aspects of culture"? This article seeks to answer this question. The author, by referring to works and research related to the fields of 'power' and 'culture,' has concluded that 'authentic culture,' which refers to a set of insights, beliefs, traditions, habits, and actions aligned with the innate nature of humans, is considered one of the important sources of power. The aspects through which such a culture generates power include: 1- identity-forming; 2- protective against enemy attacks; 3- compelling without imposition; 4- trust-building and reassuring; 5- motion-generating and motivating; 6- creating flow and being productive.
