Seyed Ali Khan was a scientist and poet of 17th and 18th centuries with Shirazi descent and descendants of Ghiasuddin Dashtaki. He was also known as Ibn Masoum and Khan. He was living in Hijaz for 14 years in contact with scholars over there in order to master in Arabic sciences, hadith and etc. Long life in India and significant role of Shia scholars over there while Persian language was distributing at the same time, affect Seyed Ali Khan to a great extent. On the other hand, he got familiar with Persian literature during this period of his life. Returning from India to Iran and teaching in Mansuriyeh School at his last two years of his life and burying in Shah-Cheragh, altogether show his interest to his hometown. It also confirms the important role of Shah-Cheragh in distribution of Islamic culture. The valuable works of Seyed Ali Khan Madani have always been of interest to Islamic scholars, especially Arabic speakers. Some of his works are known as significant literature references and some others were important in terms of interpretation and biography. Ali Khan travelogue indicating his journey from Hijaz to India is also another noteworthy work. Riaz-Al- Salekin is also among the best descriptions of Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh. He did not have jurisprudential compilation, but did have specific jurisprudent view point and this study attempts to mention some of them here
