Abstract
The present study was conducted to investigate the influential structures for attracting youth participation to mobilize mosques in Jahrom city. The purpose of this research is to investigate the applied research and in terms of controlling the variables, a descriptive-correlational method has been applied. The statistical population of the present study included 475 adolescents ranging in age from 13 to 17 years old at the base of the Masjed Imam Hossein Basin in Jahrom city (N = 475). The sample size was obtained from Bartlett et al., 163 (n = 163). The data gathering tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a group of experts. Also, for determining the reliability of different parts, Cronbach's alpha coefficients were used, which was estimated to be 833/0. The results of Friedman rank test indicate that the mean of organizational and managerial factors, educational programs, social and family programs with involvement of adolescents to mobilize mosques has a significant difference at 1% level, and these structures ranked first to first Fourth. Also, according to another part of the findings of the research among the structures, educational programs (r = 0.445), social (r = 0.356) and organizational and managerial factors (r = 0.827), involving youth participation in the mobilization of the mosques There is a positive and significant correlation. Meanwhile, there was no positive and significant correlation between family attitude (r = 111/0) and involvement of adolescents in mobilization of mosques. Among the interesting findings in this study, there was a negative and significant correlation between the household economic and social base (r = -0.367) with the involvement of adolescents in mobilizing mosques. Also, results of simultaneous multivariate regression showed that organizational and managerial structures, educational programs, social programs and family as the most important influential factors respectively, in total, were able to explain 69.6% of changes in attracting adolescents' participation to the base Basij in the mosque of Imam Hussein (AS) in the city of Jahrom. The most significant changes in the participation rate of adolescents with a beta value of 0.840 belonged to the organizational and managerial structure of the Basij mosque of Imam Hossein (AS) in Jahrom city. Finally, based on the results, suggestions were made.
